Patty Moore
Acting President

Patty Moore is the acting president of Eco-Pro, where she oversees daily operations and provides office support for customers and staff. Patty is a native of Loudoun County, VA, but has called Winchester, VA her home for the past 20 years. She is a graduate of Wingate University, where she obtained her degree in Biology. Patty has worked directly in the pest management industry for over 7 years, in addition to the 12 years where she had been providing support for her husband (now deceased), Kevin L. Moore, as he owned and operated Eco-Pro.  Patty has worked in the real estate title industry for over 15 years, which provides additional insight into Eco-Pro's real estate clientele and inspection requirements. With having worked in customer service fields her entire career Patty has become service and support  oriented and gives all of her effort to finding solutions.  Patty has remarried and currently resides in Winchester, VA with her family and dogs.  She is a fitness and running enthusiast who enjoys being outdoors; sharing a delicious meal with her friends and family, or just snuggling on the couch with her beloved dogs.

Jessica Bray

Jessica Bray is a Virginia native, currently residing in Winchester with her husband, four children, and dog. She has been in the pest control field for over 11 years; of which 2 of those years were spent in ornamental pest and lawn care. She phased over into structural pest control due to her desire for year-round work. She quickly fell in love with the challenges these services offer, along with the opportunity to help people. She specializes in Structural General Pest Control and Structural Termite Control, both Conventional and Integrated Pest Management methods. She is also well versed in services including, but not limited to, moisture control, attic insulation, dehumidifier installation, wildlife control, commercial pest control in sensitive account settings and countless others. She obtained her Virginia Real Estate License in 2013, which has provided her the ability to more thoroughly understand real estate transactions and thus she works really well with our realtor clients. She is in the process of obtaining her ACE certification, which will give her an added edge, as well as keep Eco-Pro up-to-date with new discoveries within our field. What sets Jessica apart from others in this industry are her empathy for people, desire to help others, strong problem solving skills, variety of experience(s), but most importantly honesty and integrity. She truly loves each one of our clients, and she gives just as many hugs as she does handshakes.
